Why should I use Payko
over other online payment services?

Payko is the only online money order service that allows you to pay with your PayPal account. Payko give the sender the opportunity to send payments to people who don't normally accept credit cards, to people who don't even have access to a computer, AND to people who don't normally accept PayPal!

| When would I use Payko
instead of PayPal? |
You would use Payko when you wish to purchase an item, service, or gift using your PayPal account, but the recipient does not or cannot accept PayPal payments.
PayPal allows users to send electronic payments to anyone with an email address. Payko takes PayPal a step further and allows you to send actual money orders, purchased with your PayPal account, to anyone with a mailing address.
Payko enables you to continue to use PayPal, the payment service provider we have all grown to trust, to send payments to people who may not even own a computer.
You can use Payko to send actual money orders to your landlord to pay for rent, or to send a gift to a loved one, or to pay for auctions or bills. The possibilities are endless because while not everyone accepts PayPal payments, anyone that has a mailing address accepts Payko money orders. |

| Yes! You may send a money order to almost anyone with a mailing address. |
Is Payko a Paypal or Ebay owned company?

| Payko.com is a privately owned and operated company. Payko Inc., incorporated in the state of Delaware, is the current owner and operator of Payko.com. Payko does not have any business relationships with either Paypal nor Ebay at this time. |

Can I purchase a money
order for anything?

There are just a few types of transactions that Payko cannot accommodate. You cannot purchase a money order in payment of illegal products, debt or collection agency, payments to yourself, online sneaker sellers, illegal satellite decryption equipment or any Multi-Level Marketing.

Does Payko send money
orders outside the United States?

| Yes. However, be sure your recipient is able to accept Travelers Express International US Dollar Money Orders. Currently Payko services US, UK and Canada but will be adding more countries shortly. |
What is the maximum money
order amount I can purchase?

| Currently you can purchase up to $200.00 per day. |
How do I pay for a money
order?

| Payko accepts PayPal online payments. PayPal is widely accepted among the online e-commerce community. |
| Do I have to be a
registered PayPal user to order a Payko Money Order? |
| Yes. Payko accepts PayPal.com payments for money orders. If you are new to PayPal, you will have the opportunity to register an account when you place your order. |
Are recipients ever
charged to receive a money order?

No. The buyer always pays the charge. However, the buyer and recipient can negotiate the buyer's fee for the money order before purchasing a money order from Payko.

| When will I receive my
confirmation number? |
After order is approved, both the sender and the recipient will receive an email receipt.
After the money order has been shipped both the sender and recipient will receive a second email containing the order confirmation number, trackable from Payko's home page. |
When will my money order
be mailed out to my recipient?

| Usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your payment. All electronic check payments have a (4) business day hold to allow time for clearing funds. |
When will the recipient
receive their money order?
|
It depends on your choice of shipping.
1. Overnight delivery is guaranteed by USPS to most domestic locations. The recipient should receive their money order by 3pm the next day (applies to orders received before 9am).
2. Priority delivery time varies. You can usually expect delivery anywhere nationwide within 2 to 3 days. Often, delivery to places closer takes less time.
3. First Class Mail delivery time varies. You can usually expect delivery anywhere nationwide within 4 to 5 days. Often, delivery to places closer takes less time.
4. Regular Air Mail, used for international shipments, is usually received within 4-7 days.
*All times are after the payment has cleared and been received. Delivery times are only estimates and actual delivery time will be determined by the USPS. |
How can I check the
status of my order?

| Go to the Payko home
page and enter your order number in the Tracking Box. Your order will appear once it has been processed. |
After the money order is
sent, does Payko get involved with the rest of the transaction between the
buyer and recipient?

No, Payko only acts as a third party payment service. Payko does not become involved with other transaction details, including disputes.

What happens to a lost
money order?
|
| Payko will help you track your money order using the Travelers Express money order tracking system. A refund may be requested to Travelers Express if your money order is lost by the USPS. Cost of refunds is determined by Travelers Express. |
What is the time period
to wait before claiming a lost money order.
|
| Standard shipping usually takes 4 to 8 days. Payko requires you wait 15 business days for US delivery and 20 business days for international delivery before making a claim on a lost international money order. If a money order is still not received, Payko will help you place a claim. |
| Why should I recommend
Payko to my buyers over other available services? |
Payko does not require you to reveal any sensitive information in order to receive payment. Other services may require your checking account or credit card account information in order to send you money. We send you a Travelers Express International Money Order, which is as good as cash.
With Payko, payment is guaranteed. Once the money order is received, you are guaranteed your payment, and there is no possibility that you will receive a chargeback, as other online payment services may do.
